My name is Katooko Patience, and I am 15 years old. I have been part of Dee's Hope for Girls for the last two years. During these years, I have been so happy, and I don't have to worry about not going to school or be worried about the school sending me back home because I didn't pay all of my school fees. when that would happen, I would have to miss school until my mom got the money by selling milk to sent me back to school. I have five siblings with no dad; it is challenging for my mom to support six of us. In the evening after school, I go to the market to help my home to sell maize (corn) to get money for us to buy food. I am so happy to be part of Dee's Hope for Girls.
